Swamp Wallaby (Wallabia bicolor, Macropodidae: Kangaroos, Wallabies) (south coast NSW, Australia)
The Swamp Wallaby is found in forest and woodland up and down the east coast of Australia. It is a browser and usually lives in thick undergrowth. Often wary but curious, it will move a short distance but will keep watching you, often from behind some vegetation. Distinguished from other wallabies with which it shares its habitat (e.g. the red necked wallaby see:vimeo.com/110862407) by its dark colour.
