Eastern Grey Kangaroo (Macropus giganteus, Macropodidae: Kangaroos and Wallabies, NSW & ACT, Australia
The Eastern Grey Kangaroo is the common large kangaroo of eastern Australia. It lives in large mobs ruled over by a dominant male. Wary where hunted, but confiding, even curious, when not, it has benefited from agriculture by the provision of pasture and water for stock. Filmed in and around Canberra and southern NSW where this animal is abundant. Also present is a Red-necked Wallaby and a Willie Wagtail.
In the southwestern part of its range it overlaps with the very similar Western Grey kangaroo vimeo.com/118985599
